Closing hours not respected. Left the work earlier to collect the phone from the shop. Got there at 5:19pm while the staff was closing the shutter. Asked me to come some other day. Just frustrating

I went to collect the iPhone 14 pro max on 29/4/23 Saturday , I had ordered online and requested it delivered to the shop. I had my driver’s licence, bank card s (2) and a bill as proof of address ! I was disappointed when the guy was serving me was questioning all this and insisting he wants more proof of address as , to him, none of this was registered to my address even though it wasn’t the case as all this was registered to my address and it was all correspondence with my Vodafone account which I have had for more than 10 years ! He just couldn’t believe anything ! I even had the order number ( the text message for collection) ! He just didn’t believe me !He eventually gave me my order after we exchanged not so nice words!

Can't call up, so you have to chance it and waste 20 minutes driving there so they can tell you they don't have what you're after.

Having a problem with my tablet charger, I decided to see if my upgrade was due.
I was met at the door and my needs assessed, then invited in.
The shop was segregated with the emphasis on social distancing, I sat at a safe distance from the young lady whose first day it was.
Throughout my business I was treated with the utmost respect, and it was a most comfortable experience. Another comforting aspect is that I decided to upgrade my phone earlier which has incurred a fee. But at no point was there any pressure on me for the additional sale, in fact quite the contrary.
I am always refreshed to find people who are professional and yet personable. Well done Vodafone Dunstable 🧡🧡.

Excellent service from the lady who served us.
The only downfall was the shop had a terrible smell.i believe it was due to a drainage problem.

Leigh and her team are absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend speaking with Leigh, she provided excellent customer service and was extremely friendly and polite.

⚠️ Warning to lone female shoppers ⚠️
Be aware of Karl the sales assistant boy working in this shop, he is a sexist, rude, and very intimidating boy.
I only walked in to the shop to ask one question and was greeted with arrogance, rude remarks, and aggressive intimidation behaviour from him. If you do have to go to this shop bring your partner or a friend at least

Got a good offer for fast internet without breaking, which broke every week, also they offered to refund up to £100 if you cancel your other contract, which costed me about £150 and never got the refund. Friendly stuff, but what people promise the company will never hold.
