Absolutely useless company , they made me sign up and come into the office with my passport insisting there's immediate work available this was 6months ago. Very rude staff and they lie for no reason.

I joined Flexistaff first time last year in may. I was struggling to find good work but they helped me find good job within 2 days after registering with them and I recently re-registered with Flexistaff last month and again they helped me get a good job following day of joining them. Amazing staff especially Katie.. I'll highly recommend Flexistaff to anyone who's is looking for good work...

Would like to know if they have a complaint procedure but I cant because the website is just as terrible as the staff. I would publicly humiliate this company if I could upload screenshots. The harassment via text because none of them communicate or can do their job properly is shocking. Also is it legal to beg for someone to attend their shift with an ongoing medical issue that they have drs notes for? And have their job threatened away from them if they don’t attend?

Flexistaff is very welcoming, supportive, friendly. They are family to me. When i moved UK as an international student i was very nervous and Afraid how i gonna help myself financially but flexistaff helped me to find a job. They paid good money and time is very flexible. Terrible agency. I worked hard for a 6 months with Flexistaff, full time, 5 days in a week and when I resigned and asked for my holiday pay they gave me only 4 days paid. 8 holiday days were stolen and never paid -£881. I've lost a lot of money working for them. They are group gang of hyaenas who are stealing money from employers. I don't recommend this agency. Who knows how many people are tricked and deceived. Stay away from this mafia.
