I ordered for my family food and wasn't happy. I can understand it's weekend it's busy but it's not my problem🙂I pay money for that. First of all delivery was late for 30min!!!! Second I asked extra sauce I paid for that and I didn't get it😒

So today I went for a birthday meal and was confronted by a 30 minute wait time for the starter and another 1 and a half hour waiting time for my main ( I entered the restaurant at 19:00 and ordered by 19:15 ). My starter was great although could’ve had a little more flavour ( Halloumi ). Once I recieved my main at around 20:45 I had lost my appetite and wasn’t very hungry but I ate my food anyway ( doner meat and chips ) it was the coldest thing I had ever had I thought it was fresh from the north Pole, my cucumber was warmer than the doner meat. When I tried to confront the waitress about the meat ( Name : Rebecca ) she tried to say to me that it was brought out hot even though It had been sat on the counter for a good 20 minutes before being served to me, I felt like this was condescending and rude as I tried to make a simple complaint and it felt like it wasn’t accepted ; when I asked for a takeaway box for my remaining chips I was given it but (as I went to the counter to pay as I had to because it was needed) they took all the plates and I didn’t get a chance to take my chips ! I also got charged a service fee after having the worst service ever 😆… furthermore, the manager ( Omar ) was also being rude to me by telling me my food wasn’t cold either and to my friend aswell. To conclude, I will not be coming back and I do not recommend going to Irmak. Sadly I have no photos for proof, Thankyou

Good and tasty food. One of the better places in Dunstable, food and salads fresh. The wrap could be grilled to make it crispy, so that the sauces would not soak into it.

Service is incompetent- waiters hear the request or feedback and go stand in their position. Really poor reflection for what used to be a good restaurant Food has gone downhill - Bulgar rice eugh! Extremely dry, never had it like this. Was told couldn’t be replaced as it’s batch cooking😳😳. Was sent back and was told would take it off the bill but never did Found blonde hair in food, showed this to the staff. There was a lack of care from the staff. The ganoush was nice Restaurant now allows kids, no dj and music was poor. Atmosphere has declined. Not sure how you can justify the compulsory service charge 🧐 Regular customer since opening left embarrassed having taken friends and disappointed for the owners who were not on site Try effes up the road - always better cooked meat and rice

Had ordered it many times. This time I was disappointed with quality of meat. Chicken kofte not sure what happened to it but was missing half or at least 1/3 of it Chicken shish was really dry and pieces was two times smaller than usual Chicken wings average compared to past orders Chicken doner it didn’t taste good and looked like it was steamed.. Garlic sauce I don’t know what they changed to it (maybe mayo) but didn’t taste good at all.. Salad, chips, bread, spicy sauce and rice no complaining 🙂 I hope you won’t be disappointed anymore

The food we did have, very tasty. Sadly the portion sizes for a £9 chicken shish are very small. The portion sizes for a donner, chicken or lamb, are great.

Firstly, and perhaps most importantly to most - yes, the food is exceptional! Probably the best Turkish food I have had in Buckingham. If you live close by and haven't popped in, you need to visit. I travelled from MK and will be planning to go back. Excellent place for family, business or even that lone person moment for an enjoyable meal with stylish vibrant colourful decor, attentive friendly staff, clean washroom facilities and very comfy surroundings. The food arrived quickly as I waited with anticipation and was very satisfied with the portion, flavours and layout of the welcomed meal. It takes a great deal to impress me and today I must say my expectations were met all the way around as I sat with my family and enjoyed the beautiful decor of the restaurant. What a fantastic experience. Both thumbs up. Thank you very much. I gladly give this establishment my personal recommendation.

Me and my husband love Turkish food .. a few days ago we had dinner from @irmakbbq ...a new Turkish place in dunstable !! We ordered their "Mixed platter-2" which includes 1 chicken shish kebab, 1 lamb shish kebab, 1 chicken doner, 1 lab doner , 1 lamb kofte and you can choose rice/chips as a side !! This was a 8/10 for me because found it I bit dry, but definitely tasty !! What I liked most is the "lamb beyti" , that was definitely a 10/10 and one of the most delicious food I've tried in my life !! Finally, for dessert, we ordered baklava which I ate for the first time, thought was alright but can't put a rating since haven't tried from anywhere else before !!! Overall, good taste, hygienic, nice boxing and quick delivery !! @irmakbbq currently offers takeaway service and soon will open their restaurant !! If you love Turkish food and live nearby definitely try these !! I am looking forward to trying some other items from their menu !! ☺️

First time visiting, the food and mocktails were delicious. Great service and the staff was friendly, lovely atmosphere and great service. Definitely worth trying out!
