Incredible workmanship, thank you Ross

Ross laid Victorian style mosaic tiles with underfloor heating to our hallway. He communicated with us constantly throughout the project from survey to completion and the finished job was absolutely perfect - we couldn't have asked for more! We wouldn't hesitate in recommending him.

Ross completed the tiling on our front path with nothing but complete precision, professionalism, love and care. Have not experienced a tradesman that carries work with so much attention that it's like they are doing work on their own home! Ross was brilliant throughout our work (Mursley pics on his website) - lifting the exiting tiled hall floor and replacing with a new mosaic floor. His design eye helped us choose the right layout (beyond the pattern, thinking about the borders, whether to go "around or under" the stairs, etc) and then getting the right mix of colours. Once working, Ross was really easy to have in the house - apart from 3 days of noise taking up the old floor, he was really quiet and worked around us working at home. Couldn't have asked for more and would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Ross was incredibly patient and helped turn our dreams into reality on our renovation project. He helped design our bespoke hallway using mosaic tiles and was incredibly professional and paid attention to detail from start to end to ensure we had the most breathtaking entrance. His eye for detail is what makes him stand out from the rest. Ross really took time to make sure the preparation of the floor was 100% before laying the tiles and for this I am so grateful as it showed he cared about us getting the best for years to come. Without his amazing craftsmanship we wouldn’t be in the home of our dreams. His work speaks for itself. I throughly recommend him.

Great communication throughout the process - Ross was very helpful in giving advice with the prepwork that needed doing. He was very punctual, tidied everything away at the end of each day and removed all the rubbish at the end of the job (I've had a number of trades who haven't). On top of which, he's done an amazing job; I've already booked him again for some interior work and have no hesitation in recommending him wholeheartedly.

Ross did a brilliant job tiling our hearth. It looks absolutely superb. He was utterly professional from start to finish, friendly, polite and courteous, and constantly went the extra mile, explaining the options, what was happening at each stage, and taking an extra morning to ensure the finished result was the best possible.
