1st time visit after a recommendation from a friend. We enjoyed a fantastic 3 course meal, calm environment, personable and attentive staff. Timings were to perfection and the whole service ran seamlessly. Well done team, we shall be back! Parking: Parking in the church street lot, literally just around the corner from the restaurant.

We had a wonderful evening celebrating a 60th Wedding Anniversary. The food was superb, plentiful and very reasonable. The service was excellent, with lovely, friendly staff who had decorated the table with balloons & banners and printed 60th Wedding Anniversary menu cards, which was a thoughtful touch. We would highly recommend this great restaurant.

Visited Chez Jerome for a birthday celebration meal. The food, service and ambience were first class. I liked the fact that the food was served absolutely piping hot and on a plate or dish that again was very hot. The whole experience was excellent. I will be visiting again most definitely.

This was my very first visit to Chez Jerome, I visited with a friend and we were made very welcome. We sat at table no 1 in the window, which looked very Christmasy. We had a extensive menu to choose from. We both chose the festive 3 course menu. I had smoked kipper for starter, my friend chose melon and prawn cocktail. Both were absolutely delicious. We were also served fresh baked small baguette type slices So tasty we finished the lot off! For our mains I chose salmon with seasonal vegetables, my friend chose duck also with seasonal vegetables. The size of the meal was deceiving, there was plenty and we both struggled to get through it, again both were cooked to perfection. Dessert was an amaretto espresso coffee dessert followed by a lovely liquor coffee,I had TIA Maria and my friends had baileys. We also had a glass of water and I had a glass of rosé wine and my friend had a soft drink. The price of the whole meal was very reasonable for what we had. We both thoroughly enjoyed it. My experience here for the first time was really good, I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and we were made very welcomed. Thank you to the chef and owners of Chez Jerome and waitress for a great experience.

Beautiful food, have visited a couple of times and both visits the food was fantastic. Beef fillet cooked to perfection. Roast duckling also, and big portions. Excellent starters and the crepe suzette oh yeah. Highly recommend probably the best restaurant around the area.

Loved the place! Amazing atmosphere very classy! Very friendly and helpful staff. We’ve had a onion soup, halloumi with beetroot salad and venison steak, everything was very tasty & perfectly cooked! I’m definitely coming back there to try more dishes and would highly recommend for everyone looking for French cuisine

Searched for fine dining and Chez Jerome came up. I interacted with the proprietor via messenger and WhatsApp (they answered both timeously) We were delighted with the reception we received. The table was set to celebrate husband’s birthday. I loved the touch. Service was excellent. The ambience was good. The food was good. All in all it was memorable and the restaurant deserves the praise.

Fantastic afternoon for a family get together, for the first time 'out-out' for 18 months due to the pandemic. 19 of us and we had s wonderful time. Great hosts, wonderful food & a warm atmosphere with live music 🎶 Thank you Jerome.

What a find!!! (My 12yo picky eater says “mum, write that the food was outstanding”as I am typing this). Our starters, mains and dessert was great. Scallops - cooked perfectly with amazing flavour combination (salty bacon and sweet pea purée). Absolutely amazing, tender and succulent meat with perfect sauces - we tried fillet, ribeye and chicken. All places I go I have a few signatory baseline tests to check quality. Pavlova is one of them. Hard to get wrong… but sometimes some food places surprise you with silly things. Not here. Test passed with flying colours: flavours, texture - well done. In addition to that - very friendly, simple and attentive hosts. We used to go to Dunstable for football fixtures and karting racing. Now we will be come here also for food.

Recently visited for our wedding anniversary dinner. As always, very tasty food, great presentation and friendly service. Lina and Jerome have greatly adapted the restaurant as per current COVID-19 guidelines. Thank you for a great evening!
