Hi I am very old customer of this barber shop . Since the day they have opened. But I am very disappointed & upset as they do not care or listen to customer needs properly they are always in a rush to make more money. Today I went for head shave & beard trim but the man who attended me was not at all interested to listen . A guy with gold beard second chair from the right when you enter and he is arrogant & disrespectful so some how I let him finish my bread and refused to do head shave and move this is disgusting. I travel from Luton but not any more. Think they are not interested anymore bad attitude all time I visit. Not a happy customer.

Used to be excellent but not so much now. Not consistent, it seems to be down to the individual barber. I would usually pay cash but didn’t have any cash on me and asked before my cut if they take card and they did. Come the end of the cut they suddenly don’t take card but magically a card machine appeared and he said pay cash next time, sorry but there won’t be a next time!

Great experience professional hair cut will coming back again. Small advice to other sometimes needs booking in Friday, Saturday in busy time.

quick wait time, my son was happy with his cut. Obviously I would like the option to pay with card as I was not aware it was 'cash only'. Lucky I had a note in my purse, else my son would be sweeping the floors lol I would go back yes, as long as i feel the experience is customer friendly as it seemed a little too busy, in and out as quick as poss! It was our first visit 👍

Decent barber, had a beard trim and haircut. I would say rather pricey given I paid £25 for a combo with hot towel (no blade or any other extras). Requested style: Fade - 1mm

Language barrier first thing first, they don't understand anything, it's like musical chair, you'll be given a new barber every visit , even if you like to wait to be done by one during previous visit. I'd give 0/5.

Used to be good. You feel them taking the mick out of every customer regardless of who it is, in their own language. They are very ignorant and lazy. When they get told to improve something they get agitated and aggressive. Barber starts swearing once they’re asked to fix something . Whenever a mistake is made they’re not willing to accept it and sugar coat their mistakes. Not impressed.
