A positive experience and friendly manner. But saw a car that had different body parts painted because of undeclared accidents probably and I would have preferred knowing that before my arrival.

Initially my experience part exchanging and collecting my vehicle was good however it’s been a month and The Car Guys (BLAutomotve LTD) still haven’t paid off the settlement figure for the car I’ve part exchanged and it’s now been a month. I’ve called multiple times and told it’s going to be paid today but that day still hasn’t come now it’s negatively impacting my credit score. Hopefully we can get this resolved.

Such a welcoming a professional service. Answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to help us. Only went to view but because of the quality of the car and service and professionalism left with a car. Can not recommend enough.

Avoid at all costs please!!! We brought a car from them and within a day it starts cutting out randomly. On the test drive they didn’t allow us to go far and now we see why! The car has already cost us £1000 to try and fix because when my partner tried to go back to them just a week later to discuss the issue and sort the problem they made everything extremely difficult and then just ignored his messages. Car guys.. we brought this car from you while I was undergoing cancer treatment, we needed a reliable bigger car for the hospital trips to London. You have no idea the amount of stress you have caused a family already going through an awful time! Should be ashamed of yourselves. Clearly not just us that you ripped off. There’s enough reviews here.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! brought a car from these guys 18 months ago and had nothing but trouble with the car. I exchanged my other car which was in perfect working order and the car I have brought from these guys is horrendous. i had issues with the car shortly after purchasing it and the staff were really unhelpful. They weren't interested in trying to help fix the issue. I've spent £1000 on the viechle trying to get it straight and it's currently on my drive, having been covered after breaking down on me today. I phoned the company, spoke to a "manager" who was very unprofessional. Spoke to me extremely out of tune and was rude to me over the phone. Told me the conversation was over and hung up the phone. If you are looking at using these guys, please stay well away! They DO NOT know what they're doing! I will not be using them again! I'm taking them to court!

My experience with car guys was swift and smooth. I can not stress how well everything went through. They are very professional and very friendly at the same time, we got all documents sorted and I drove away with the car within 30/45 mins after arriving. Dabz was very helpful and effective with his work. I was able to test drive the car before making my decision on the purchase and I was fully satisfied with the performance. Can not recommend any other dealership but this one! He pushed to progress the process of me being able to get the car in time as I wanted it for the weekend. He took into consideration my stress and packed up days due to my work however he still remained in constant contact with me and updated me and my account manager daily 👊🏼🔥

I part exchanged our car at the Car Guys in Luton, who had a great choice of cars. Awais was most helpful, knowledgeable and professional and offered us a fair price for our part exchange. What stood out for me (and the reason I’m writing this review) was the way the Car Guys dealt with an issue that arose with the car after purchasing. In short, we found that the car had a small oil leak, and obviously not an ideal situation to be in, but fortunately Awais sorted the problem for us by liasing with the warranty providers and ensuring the car was (quickly) fixed under warranty (by my local favoured garage). Because of the personal service offered, I have no hesitation in recommending the Car Guys to anyone looking to buy a new (used) car, and they will be my first port of call when I’m next looking to do so. Two of the nicest lads I have ever met. Sorted my car problem after 2 other garages failed. Resolution was quick and inexpensive. Not the usual treatment for an ignorant blonde lady!!! Terrible service. Unprofessional. Cars been off the road due to many faults on vehicle. No help. Definitely avoid this dealership. Had my car for 9 weeks and still couldn't repair or show any job cards for the work they supposedly carried out. I would warn everyone not to use this dealership as they are as dodgy as they come.

The lads here display a master class of customer services, especially Hammad who assisted me throughout my journey to find a new top spec car. I was particularly impressed by his depth of knowledge even when I presented him with admittedly niche questions. The after care I received from Hammad was unlike anything I’ve had from other dealers. He made sure the car was perfect before leaving his care and even called to check everything was good a week later. You won’t find a better dealer or customer service elsewhere - I will definitely be back. Thank you Hammad
