Wow really impressed with the prompt service I received at this gp. Transferred from priory gardens surgery to east gate & the service has been extremely exceptional. Found it difficult to arrange appointments at priory but at this gp I call on the day & can get myself a same day appointment. Staff are very friendly & hardworking. Will highly recommend

Big difference compare to the my old London surgery. Receptionists are polite and always happy to help. The dr I saw last (forgot her name) was absolutely amazing. Really happy I registered with eastgate

Been with this surgery for few years, not much nice i can say, apart from lovely nurses. I fell very ill a year go, was desperate to get any help, seen every single doctor there, but due to being a big girl, the excuse they used was always based on my weight, with complete ignorance towads my symptoms, disregarding everything i said to them. Things took a dark turn and i was rapidly getting worse, lost 122 stones in under 2 months…i was so desperate, i cant even count how many times i cried at the doctors, yet still, no help, apart from “it must be your diet”. With the help of my family, i ended up going to Europe, to fix my health privatly. Few months more, i might of not been here, as they found multiple bleeding ulcers, caused by a bug that they found. I dont hold a grudge on how poorly they treated me, or should i say the lack of treatment. Every doctor there looks like they have lost a will to live long time ago, they are there just to do there hours and get you in and out asap. I trully feel sorry. Managment must not care more than the staff, to allow this, so what can we, peasents, do. Stay healthy and look for better place than this

Never have we ever received the Excellent Care, Treatment and Attention in all the Doctors Surgery in the various Doctorrs Surgery that we have received such Great Care, Attention. Our every requests have been given the utmost attention. The Doctors and all The Staff are so curtious and very Respectful and Obliging. We are so Blessed to have found Our Patient Caring Doctors Surgery that puts patients care and need first. Excellent

Overall, I have good experience with Eastgate surgery and I had beautiful experience with my GP recently, her name is Dr. Farzana Arshad,she gave me an on point diagnosis based on my symptoms, she is experienced and professional, highly recommended 💯

I am totally disgraced with this surgery. My daughter has a few mental health difficulties. She started a claim for P.I.P and the department dealing with her claim has sent a request to the surgery OVER A MONTH AGO. I called the surgery a few minutes ago and was told that the doctor hasn't filled the form in yet. They have had the form OVER A MONTH NOW. Seems to me that the Doctors aren't bothered. This is part of their job as NHS doctors but it seems as though they are not doing their job properly. I have been in contact with our local M.P and will be making a few complaints to other NHS departments to report the lack of care and consideration. Our M.P is totally disgusted. What a waste of space and also the affect that it has had on my daughter having to wait this long and they haven't even started the form.

rude staff with no clue whats going on. , Very strange staff on reception Today My baby head 12 weeks vaccine And was administrate in the arm, leg and oral But if you check on NHS guid They’re supposed to be both on the leg, they make a mistake and they don’t want to assume. I called them back and asked them if it’s that normal they told me they’re gonna call me back and no one called me back. I asked to be seen by the doctor to speak with someone they say There is no availability !

I had my first f2f appointment today after switching from another GP. I can't begin to explain the difference I have felt and how much better Eastgate Surgery is. Was seen on time and had a great consultation with Ms. Hiba Ahmed who was very considerate and made me feel cared for. The Reception staff is also very polite, professional and helpful. Based on our experience with the previous GP, this Surgery has to be the best practice in Dunstable.

A fantastic surgery and staff. A personal and attentive experience joining this Surgery following the integration of others into the new “hub” in Dunstable. I’ve been there too and whilst the staff are friendly and helpful, it’s empty. I’m told patients want a relationship with their GP and don’t want to feel like their going to a supermarket, not sure of who they’ll see and when. I would recommend anyone in Dunstable joining Eastgate surgery. My experience so far has been hugely impressive.

So glad we changed to this surgery. What a difference from previous one. Receptionists friendly and always get you an appointment, sometimes working full time it is hard to get the timings of calling spot on but they have always worked with me in a kind manner. GPs and nurses seem to genuinely care and understand and treat you human. I feel safe in their care and highly recommended. Thankyou.
