terrible college. During the 3 months of classes, 4 lessons passed. I did not receive a certificate of completion of the courses.

Its ok as a student in 2014 Sam A (HSC Lecturer), was such a good teacher that I thoroughly enjoyed the course. But this college has Unconscious/conscious bias, and as a student, it was quite disturbing to observe. As an older young person during my time in Uni I went back here to work briefly. And. ..nothing had changed so safe to say that did not last very long. But big thanks to Sam for her hard work and dedication to be a fair teacher.

Writing a review for the Houghton Regis campus as it’s not on Google Maps therefore I cannot leave a review directly: It’s a good place for those with learning difficulties, anxiety and other issues which make learning difficult. There are many options considering it’s such a small operation. The only issue is the way staff communicate with students, they talk in a way that they think they are above students as people. Can be rude by default and call over the security guard for even the simplest disagreement. Good college, ill-trained staff.

What sort of college are you to be accepting details from someone that wasn't given at all. Going against a students wishes. You are breaching trust between yourselves and student.

I must say best college, teachers and staff so helpful and friendly. Teacher Saddaf Raza, Saima and Noor are the best 👌 Everyone is so friendly there. I have done Teaching Assistant Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 just because of the helping and very understanding teacher Saddaf Raza.

Despite all the negative reviews, this place has massively changed since then; the addition of a secondary building has improved the range of subject specialities available, and the course I'm currently taking is amazing. Staff are friendly and approachable, facilities are clean and sanitary, food from the refectory is cheap and good tasting, and they don't try to extort money out of you like other educational places.

Awful. I was a pupil when I was 18 physically attending the college and again last year as a work based learning pupil. I signed up for my course in January 2016, went to the tutor and all that. I heard nothing from them until May even though we had already paid, I was constantly chasing them up to know when I could start. I would go weeks without hearing from my tutor but then told that I was behind in my work. I would have to wait for ages for any answers to queries I had, is it any wonder? Then when I finally sent in my last unit July 2017, did I get a confirmation from my tutor that she recieved it? Of course not. I heard nothing from her from that point on just having to guess if I passed or not. Bringing me on to my second point, my certificate. Its currently almost March 2018 and have I received my certificate? Nope. I had to call them over a month ago and ask where it is, they informed me that I passed but apparently it's "got lost in the mail" and that they'll get another copy and contact me so I can pick it up. I call BS because two of my family members also had the same problem of having to wait a good 8-12 months before receiving anything. It isn't good enough. This college needs to shape up, especially if they want money from people.

Absolutely awful college. This college has no organisation skills what so ever. Courses being cancelled, tutors leaving half way through the course, communication and language barriers with staff and tutors, rude, ignorant and untrained staff. I have been at this college for 3 years and witnessed the terrible making of the new building that was placed nearly 2 years ago. The new kitchens and the beauty salons were fine, however the changing rooms were terribly made, along with the other classrooms that seemed extremely toneless and dull. Lets just say it is not the best environment to study in.

Very un-organised college. I was here during an apprenticeship and it took ages to get things sorted and they weren't exactly clear on what my assessment criteria was. Originally I was supposed to do accounting but they sacked the tutors. Leaving me doing a standard business course. I came back to an open day a year later but they still didn't have any accounting tutors to talk to even though it was advertised on their website. Also my friend was doing level three business but they cancelled halfway through leaving him to do IT. They need to do much better.
