Most carers are brilliant and very hard working, all but one who left the other carer to do the work, while he just stood in a daydream until I had to shout at him when my husband nearly landed on the floor more than once. The weekend staff was very rude and management wasn't any help at all, I felt very intimated by them.

Discriminated me for Autism and ADHD and was made to leave the training/premises because I wasn't 'focused', despite joining every discussion and already being a fully qualified careworker with years of experience. Extremely biased and unprofessional. This experience definitely effected me when applying for new jobs.

It was very hard when I was working there. But I heard the hour rate and the staff improved the system of work...

Company does not care AT ALL for their employees!! They do NOT have enough staff to do their job correctly, a CORRUPT head office leading to horrible treatment. Take your care needs elsewhere!

A terrible company who’s staff fabricate log in/out times, do not adhere to care plan and do not respond to complaints, I would never trust them to care for loved ones.

Completely corrupt company whoever is the boss cannot manage a workforce correctly! Treats employees horrible!

As a carer who used to work here I have to highly recommend for families to not use this company. I've seen so many carers be rude and mistreat clients. The company itself is so bad, unorganised and honestly do not give a cr*p! Worst place I've ever worked in to the point I cannot even put it into words. The staff are so rude all the time and you'd expect the manager to be professional well you can stop the wishful thinking. Stay away from Prime Care!

Its been great to be able to rely on Prime Care to take care of my father during covid, theyve done a great job, especially as i know he can be a bit difficult.

Found all staff to be very helpful and hardworking, overall a good experience.

I worked for them and its the worst place I ever worked for. Liars. They promised many things but they don't keep it. Don't work for them. They said the training its free but not. Even for dbs they charge you.
