Oh dear. Where should I start. Luckily they are not my solicitors but unlucky for me they are my buyer’s solicitors. I don’t have a massive experience dealing with solicitors but honestly I think this other 5 star reviews below must be posted by relatives or someone working for the firm. They have a very poor communication. You literally have to beg them for update on the case. Emails are ignored completely. Estate agent literally has to drive down to their office to get an update. Embarrassing. And I know we are all busy but at least send an email saying there is no update on the case. How long does it take to send 1 email weekly? I don’t say my solicitors are great but at least if you ask them they answer. Any customer focused business should be able to handle customers and communication should be key.
