We bought a second hand Bosch washing machine back in 2018.. its been brilliant, we had a problem with the filter drain plug as it was leaking, the problem was sorted the same day, the staff are pleasant, friendly and efficient.

Our rangermaster oven and stove had stopped working and we were at a loss, unable to cook just before xmas. I'd already tried "googling it" and am fairly handy with these things but was unable to resolve the issue myself. These guys came along, quickly identified the problem and got us up and running. Anderson DRS have been incredibly helpful over the last couple of weeks when both our Washing Machine and Fridge/Freezer stopped working. They saved us a fortune by repairing both so we didn't have to buy brand new appliances. They were polite and efficient and did their best to get our appliances working again asap. They went out of their way to visit us, ordered parts straight away and came back as soon as the parts were in-stock. Extremely happy with the service and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Excellent service. We were fortunate that an engineer was in our area; they diagnosed the fault quickly and accurately and carried the spare parts in the van.
