Ross just finished laying a beautiful limestone floor in the reception room of my house. Not only was the attention to detail and care taken above expectations, but he was really tidy and cleaned up after each day. I will be booking Ross again to continue the flooring project into my living room and would not hesitate in recommending his workmanship to anyone.

Ross has just finished tiling my kitchen and utility floor. Ross’ attention to detail is excellent. He arrives on time, works tidily and is so careful not to cause any damage. Nothing is too much bother. We are so pleased we chose Ross to undertake our tiling work. We have already asked Ross to come back to tile our cloakroom. Although the use of marble tiles was marginally more expensive, this was certainly well worth it. They have turned what was an extremely tired kitchen into something of beauty. Ross' approach was highly professional and I was kept abreast of the work at all times and where there was a slight increase in price. For instance the floor needed levelling - I was always asked about this well in advance. The result is work of the highest quality. Clearly I will now open my kitchen to the public!

The first floor installation job was for our conservatory tiled floor. I was very impressed with the standard of work and the attention to detail. The tiler, Ross, also made sure every step of the installation was exactly what we wanted. Ross was always on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. A very high standard of work ethic. Based on this excellent work we also decided to get a new floor in our kitchen, which again turned out to be excellent work. I would have no hesitation to recommend his work and we are now thinking about a new bathroom! The photo shows the attention to detail, cleanliness of work, with the correct materials being used. We used Cedar Ceramics to tile our garden room floor and fully tile (walls and floor) a shower room. The work was undertaken with great care. The tiling was of the highest quality and the attention to detail quite astonishing. The work, undertaken in some very constricted areas of the house, was faultless and undertaken with great good humour.

Quality of Ross’s work is exceptional, the job involved was difficult due to out of line walls and floors. Ross worked miracles by creating a kitchen which had a showroom appearance. I would strongly recommend Cedars ceramics if you want quality and somebody that knows all about tiling and floor laying.

Fully Tiled Bathroom with large format tiles. Lots of fiddly bits. Beautiful. Another excellent job bu Ross. His attention to detail is outstanding and he is very easy to work with and fit in with other trades. This is the 5th job he has done for us all to the same standard. Highly recommended.

I first was fortunate enough to have Ross lay a complicated – old Victorian cottage, neither square nor level anywhere – beautiful stone floor as phase 1 for Aga. This stunning work, which inclued underfloor electric heating, Ross later completed with an excellent tile work that surrounds the Aga, sink and worktops. The remainder of the downstairs floor was to be wood. A very unlevel floor across two rooms and a passage, all now one space, varying in depth from the finished stone level with 1mm to 50mm varieance, with a slope that had to accommodate an existing hearth had to be tackled. When the oak flooring company came to do a reccy at my Victorian cottage, they suggested using the same person who had laid my excellent stone floor to accomplish levelling which they knew was going to be tricky and beyond them. Ross kindly obliged, given his skill set is way beyond pouring 55 bags of compound onto my sorry floors! His work is impeccable, he is careful, considerate and a thoroughly nice person to be doing such a terrible job for me! My house feels amazing! I cannot recommend Ross highly enough. If you want a perfect job, done with care and kindness, and all left very clean, look no further! Thanks Ross! Again! Another brilliant outcome for me.
