Great service. Arrived on time, kept track of journey through tracker and v polite driver. Good value for money.

Service not good. Called to book cab, told cab on its way, received booking confirmation, received info that cab on its way, 10 mins later still no cab, called company, told cab 2 mins away, still no cab 10 mins later, called again, told cab on way, received another message to say cab on way, rang driver he said he was 2 mins away, he arrived 5 mins later. Driver was polite and friendly but, service not good.

Fantastic! Very friendly, and a smooth driver. Fantastic prices. Collected me at 12am on a Friday night! With less than 2hrs notice. Got me home safe and waited until we were inside to leave- just to make sure we were safe. Service: Limousines

Hi I phoned for a cab this morning it was booked for 0830 HRS when the cab was coming I see the cab but instead of stopping the cab drove straight past me I then had to phone the cabs base to get the cab back!!!! I am a diabetic type 1 I was then charged.£5.50 when the actual fare was.£4.50 I gave the cab driver.£10.00the cab driver short changed me !!!! he then gave me £.0.50 then another £.050 then I let him keep £0.50 !!! even though he was very rude and aggressive towards me.the Luton borough council set the fares not the cab firms!!!and it's a criminal offence for thes cab firms to overcharge!!! And it would be nice if the cab drivers spoke English from time to time especially when they overcharge the customers

They were polite and efficient, reasonably priced and punctual. Excellent for airport bookings both departure and arrival. They have vehicles to accomadate all party sizes and luggage (there were 14 of us). Very satisfied.

I was very happy with the service, all things went perfectly smooth. Very efficient and much easier and cheaper than parking at the airport short term. Will use again.

Speedline was very conscientious to ring me as my flight number was different to the one quoted, as it was with a partner carrier. Made sure I made contact with the office outside and then rang to make sure a car arrived swiftly. The driver drove swiftly and proficiently. Enjoyed the corrie reference as well.
