We had a huge amount of moss on the roof. The workmen arrived punctually, very courteous and friendly. The job was completed in an efficient and timely manner. They took away all the mess. Very happy with A&R, and definitely would recommend them. I had a hot wash on my roof and treatment to remove and kill moss from years of nothing being done to it. Having any work done on your roof and looking for a reliable company is always a worry with so many ‘cowboys’ out there willing to rip you off and do a load of unnecessary work, with cash up front etc. I spent a bit of time doing some due diligence checks on various companies looking at reviews on the inter web. After contacting A&R Alan came and looked at the job and sent me a quote that evening, there was no hard sell, just an explanation of the different options available. I went ahead with the quote and got booked in with their office. I’d like to commend their office to, as their communication is excellent, because of frost the team doing my house we’re running a couple of hours late, but I was made aware of the situation immediately they knew about it. The lads, Lee and Brad who did the work were on time, polite, and ensured that they left both days with the areas around the house clean and tidy. Whilst I chatted to them, I found out they were brothers and the business is a family one, it was clear that they wanted to do the best job possible for the customer to ensure they don’t let down the other family members, no chance of that, the roof was transformed, several neighbours are interested in their work and I couldn’t recommend A&R enough.

Did a great job of our Roof and Guttering. Provided a very detailed quote and copies of all certifications. Replaced 120 tiles between us and our neighbours, so definitely well worth getting done! The difference was immediately noticeable, as we've lived here for over 10 years and never had it cleaned, so there was a lot of moss! Roof cleared of moss, then treated to delay regrowth. Gutters cleared and all debris cleared. Old damaged tiles also replaced. Excellent service, recommended.

Was really happy with the work we've recently done to our property with the A&R team! Ashley and his team showed up promptly both days of the works and were super courteous and professional throughout. They took me through each step of their process and the works that had been carried out. I really am glad I hired A&R to clean the roof of my new (old) house. They were all incredibly polite, on time and very thorough in doing the clean and they kept me updated throughout. Within an hour of their guys leaving, I had 2 neighbours come up to me and say how great the roof looks now that it has been cleaned, so for me that's the biggest compliment! It was great that their guys took the extra time to clean up the mess generated and wipe down the windows and they also made sure I was totally happy before leaving. 👍

A very reliable contractor with excellent customer service and follow-up after the work. After accepting the quotation, they fixed a day for the service quickly and could re-schedule another day to finish the work while it rained heavily in the course of the first day of work. My roof got clean only a full-day of service and looks spectacular. Highly recommend!
