I bought a Giant TCR road bike with help from James and Brian. I was fitted to the bike using their bike fitting service which was free. The bike is amazing and a great fit. I really liked how patient Brian and James were with me when considering my bike options. I highly recommend the shop.

AMAZING service from start to finish from Brian and James when I was hunting out my Gravel bike. Expert knowledge, gentle guidance, careful sensible advice, non pressured sales, friendly and with great banter - I spent hours with them getting properly measured, trialing bikes and finally getting kitted out. Superb service for which I travelled away from my two local bike dealers (who unfortunately didnt impress with their service and were nowhere near the same level) for a couple of hours and was more than delighted to put my money where the service was. This is why you buy from a local bike shop. I purchased a Trek Domane SL6 in Jan 2020. Six weeks later a lug holding a mudguard mount had come free from the frame. Pedalworks contacted Trek and within the day they had offered to not only replace the frame, but to supply the SLR frameset worth an extra £1100! Chris the mechanic swapped over all the components expertly, cue one very happy punter. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, I would highly recommend.

All the staff at Pedal Works were really helpful, particularly Brian who helped me get exactly the right size and fit bike for me. I couldn't recommend them highly enough!
