Chris was an absolute super star, amazing service and he even accepted a recall after the computer i sent in for repair didn't turn on when i took it home. He only changed the ram cards originally, but when he took it back again he did a whole sleuth of repairs and didnt charge me for the extra labour or parts that i felt he was well within his right to after the amount of attention and care he too, while keeping me up to date throughout the entire process.
