Bought my car from A S Cars last week found Jay to be completely knowledgeable and professional. He allowed me and my mechanic to look around the car by ourselves. He was not at all pushy he allowed the car to sell it self. I would definitely use and recommend AS Cars again.

Purchased a Honda Jazz,in 2021, with very low mileage.So far I have been pleased with it However recently it needed new tyres,following an MOT, so I went to a local well known tyre company. They told me that the back tyres were 15 years old ! I don't understand how a car that was manufactured only 6 years ago has 15 year old tyres on it.I was told by the tyre company,that they recommend tyres are renewed after around 8 years, irrespective of the mileage,as a safety measure. This is very worrying,as it could have caused an accident ! It begs the question, were the original tyres changed by AS Cars for older tyres, before selling the car to me ? Or were they already on the car when they bought it.In which case this should have spotted before the sale by them.So much for the claim by AS Cars that they thoroughly check all vehicles before hand ! Shoddy practice whatever happened.

We were completely satisfied. They are kind, professional and did everything to get us the best finance price for that car, what we chose. And the car is clean and in perfect condition. Thanks for your work.

For 6 months my car hasn't been fixed. Those guys are ignoring my messages. Those guys broken my car and now they don't want to fix it. Very poor customer service and now i have to raise this matter with Motor Ombudsman. Do not Buy any car from this guys!!!!!!!

The description of the car on the website was comprehensive and accurate. After making an appointment Jay sent me a text with the exact address and what to look out for so getting there was easy. Jay spent a lot of time with us explaining details of the car and answering our questions, we never felt pressured. Bought the car, and all elements good, price, p/x, finance and warranty. They let me test drive the car before making and informed decision and I was offered a honest and fair valuation for my old car. These guys made the process straightforward and business was handled relatively quickly. Big shout out to them. Happy with my new set of wheels!!

Bought a new car from A S cars a few weeks ago after finding the car I wanted online. Went to view the car, great service, let me take my time to view the car and no pressure selling. Gave me a great trade in price for my car and my new car was ready to be collected a couple of days later. Very friendly and happy to answer any questions I had.

Very good experience from Jay and the Team. Purchased a C300 on Monday and I live 220 miles away. However Jay was happy to arrange a delivery and collection of the new car. Jay arrived with the car on Monday evening. Amazing Guy with passion to Cars ! Part Ex finance was also settled the same day. Absolutely amazing Service 100% recommend this garage.

Fantastic customer service. Had a call to start with to hear the engine then he called back so we could face time walk around the car, they were very thorough. I asked questions and they were very happy to answer them. I paid for the car then the same day it was delivered. These guys are better than some amazon deliveries I get.
