I would like to thank Matt and Kevin from Diverse screeding for doing an amazing job on my property. They were very professional, prompt installation at a very high standard. I highly recommend this company. I would also like to thank Lewis and Dave for the advise and the service provided.

A regretful experience. The sub-contractor to lay the edges made a complete hash using the wrong bricks and very little cement that resulted in the edges just falling apart. They put this right before the the resin was laid. After less then 2 years cracks appeared in the resin driveway. Also 2 areas that do not appear to have been mixed properly are crumbling. Dave the owner visited and said that the crack could be treated but the 2 patches were where people had been driving cars - what is a driveway for? He said he could seal the crumbling bits but has not done so. Some eighteen months have passed and another visit from Dave with the resin manufacturer last year who declared that the cracks were due to ground upheaval. The crack was along the line of where the sub-contractors had prepared a new base to extend the old driveway. Coincidence? We think not given their earlier incompetence. The old driveway had not moved in nearly 40 years. The resin manufacturer agreed with Dave that the crumbling bits were due to vehicle movements. No mention of this in literature when we first placed the order. Plenty of resin drives in this area that I have looked at and all being used to drive/turn vehicles etc. without the problem we have. The cracks are by far the worst part of the job and Dave should be looking to his sub-contractor to put it right. Dissapointed that Dave, a pleasant enough man. has not put things right and does not appear to want to. As things stand we would not recommend Diverse. Service: Driveway installation

Lewis & the team are very professional in what they do. They arranged and ordered everything that was needed for the job. Had we not have contacted Diverse Screed, we would have been greatly out of pocket, a vast amount of leftover materials, and a floor that we would not have been happy with. The contractors we contacted before calling Lewis were not even bothered to come and check the job itself. I cannot rate these guys enough, trust me when I say this, they are extremely professional, talented, polite & hardworking, and by far the best team of contractors we have hired to do work for us. Would I re-hire & recommend, absolutely.. thanks guys, 10/10.
