I bought a car from them 18 months ago the car was not sold to me in the state they claimed annd it had to go in for several repairs. Despite about 20 phone calls they have yet to send me my V5. They have promised they have sent the DVLA the paperwork 5 times now and each time it has been a lie. Mo personally promised me that the paperwork have been sent for the second time by himself… I don’t understand how they can be so unprofessional. I have private plates I cannot put on my car too. Hugely disappointed with their terrible customer service. Please send me my V5!

Without a doubt the best experience I've ever had buying a car. Sean is knowledgeable and personable without being pushy. He made the entire process a breeze, from picking and test-driving the new car, having it serviced and MOTd to handling all the paperwork at pickup time. Good communication skills and a friendly smile to boot – what more could you ask for?

Excellent experience from the sales team, was made welcome from soon as I entered the sale's office. They had cars with in my price range. All my questions were answered regarding a car I had chosen to purchase. A full explanation was given regarding a new Mot, service and a three month warranty. My deposit was taken and was told my car will be ready with four days. I received a phone call saying my car was ready. Bellevue garage is a company I would recommend.
