Very poor customer care and lack of will to help . Big No !

Awful customer service, doesn’t even warrant a single star. Put in an order a week ago for prints, the lady was rude from the get go. Ring door bell on the door, so I waited to enter, then she opened the door and rudely stated “the door is open”. I arranged my prints, she said pay on collection, I emailed her the documents and wrote on them what I wanted whilst in the store and informed her of this, she said rudely she didn’t need me to do this as she’d remember. I was only available to collect a week later due to my schedule, so had no rush on the prints, but we mutually agreed next Tuesday (today). I’ve arrived, again rung the door bell and waited as could see she was on the phone, she opens the door rudley says “it was open”, then asked what I wanted, mannerless. After my last experience I was prepared for her attitude, then she informed me my prints were not done, and she “forgot” what I wanted. I asked if she had emailed me back to my emails (where I stated what I wanted in the emails anyway) to contact me to inform me she needed confirmation. She said “er no I didn’t think to”. I said it’s been a week, I’ve not been informed, so would there be a discount for me now due to this, she said “err, no” and with that two other customers walked in the door, so I said right I’d rather take my business else where. She presented an unphased attitude. Not sure what is going on for this lady, but she really didn’t seem to care about anything- if she’s got stuff going on in her life, she needs to avoid bringing it to work, or request time off, as this awful customer service can only be justified by poor mental health.

Horrible customer service! My daughter needed help with pictures that needed printing for her college work, the lady who was there was so rude to her! And told her "you need them on a USB " which my daughter understood, then the lady preceeded to open the door and look at her and said "off you go!" In a nasty way! My daughter suffers with anxiety and this lady made her feel awful! And according to the college, she is like that to most student's! Absolutely disgusting!

I have used Perfect Print 3 times now. The first was to produce our Christmas Menus. The second was an extremely short notice document for my daughter (who is a teacher) Ellen produced 250 - 5 page document with 30 mins notice. The third (our new summer menus) I’m going to pick up tomorrow. But I’m confident they will also be of high quality. Apart from supporting Spurs (lol) Ellen is lovely person and offers a first class service. Highly recommended.

This shop had been here for 30 years but only found them this week. Very friendly and helpful. Printed an enlarged embroidery chart ,perfect!! Reasonably priced too

Disappointed in the customer service I received this afternoon. I desperately needed a few documents printed (~20 pages) for work. I called at 1700 asking if this would be possible if I arrived at 1725. I was clearly told, it wouldn't be possible because the shop closes promptly at 1730. I completely respect everyone wants to get home after a hard days work, but occasionally it is necessary to go above and beyond for customers and I didn't feel Perfect Print understand this.

I have to write a review to say that Emma and her team at Perfect Print have been so helpful to me. I could not have got my business going without them. The prices are good and the quality of their work is fantastic, not to mention very friendly. If you need design or printing work then I highly recommend the team at Perfect Print. Stephanie Gower
