Heritage were amazing! After being messed around by another funeral company, Heritage were open and honest and were able to organise my dad's funeral within a day. Being a Hindu, we have certain rituals that need to be done by a specific time and with the Easter Bank Holiday approaching, they were able to arrange the funeral service right before the bank holiday. Everyone was really friendly and the service was conducted very well. Thank you Heritage Funerals, you were able to make a difficult time easier to cope with!

At the most difficult time in my life, they made the whole process so easy for me, let's just say i did not need to worry one minute with them as they were on the ball from the minute we meet. My uncle passed recently and Heritage funerals were so kind and sympathetic, I must have made almost 15-20 phone calls to them but they didn’t mind one bit and helped through the entire process. We received an outstanding service from Heritage Funerals, they were very sincere and in particular was exceptionally helpful and caring and understood out feelings at this sad time, they offer a great range of services and care about the person that has passed away. they took the stress away and were on hand to answer all of our questions, the service on the day was given with great respect and service was beautiful. i will be recommend thing them to all of my family and friends. on a personal note, I would like to say thank you to you all for your hard work and support and for looking after my mum x.

What a truly lovely group of people, my partner did not leave many instructions as she passed a lot earlier than she should have, but after finding Heritage and from the first phone call, and still till now they have been and still are amazing, attention to every little detail, and nothing is too much trouble, always available even just to chat, and so incredibly supportive in such a difficult time. Not pushy or unsympathetic in the slightest unlike some I spoke to. My partner was a people person and I know she would of approved of Heritage and would of loved the way she has been treated and looked after in their care, and if I could give more stars I would, cannot speak highly enough of them or thank them enough for all they have done. 100% first class.
