And the first to be pro-active on refurbishment works that have been outstanding for very many years. They have kept owners in the loop throughout and taken our concerns and preferences into account at all times. Friendly and efficient.

Moved over to QMS at the beginning of the year after leaving a larger management company. From the outset of meetings number of companies QMS, have been efficient with communication and transparent with information and understanding the needs of the residents, combining our requests and thoughts to achieve shared goals. A number of tasks have been achieved that we never made progress with, with the previous company. Highly recommended

Runs on a skeleton team, took two week's to respond, then Harvey went immediately on holiday with no one to take over. Quay management have now put me in delay and increased my costs significantly as a consequence. As a client it is very disappointing service.

Harvey took over the management of the block my flat was in when there hadn't been any management in place for a long time. I can safely say he had quite a lot to deal with and some pretty challenging situations, but he handled it all with confidence and good humour. I have recently sold my flat in the block so I shall miss working with him in the future!

Last Friday the roof of the building where we live was blown off during the storm. Harvey, the manager of the building, was very quick and professional with his reaction. Harvey of QMS management took over the management of our rental flat one week before storm Eunice. Due to the storm, the entire roof of the building consisting of ten flats blew off. The ensuing damage, moving tenants into hotel accommodation, organising workmen to fix gas, electrics, roof repairs etc was dealt with QMS in a timely and proficient manner. Everyone concerned was kept informed and Harvey worked incredibly hard to make a horrible event bearable for the tenants.
