Had an initial ADHD assessment 2 years ago. Psychiatrist never wrote up my notes. Following that I had another assessment booked in a year later. Cancelled on the day. Every time I've called up since to ask for an update they say they'll get back to me and not once have they even tried to call.

Admin staff are friendly on the phone but that where it ends. This service has not moved in 10 years since I had the first misfortune to have to cope with them. Doctors don’t listen even if you’re lucky enough to have the same one more than once. Every interaction with them is draining and leave you more frustrated than when you started. If you play by the rules of life, don’t expect anything from them other than a few phone calls and a “discharge” even if you protest against it and prove you’re not ready. If you have any shred of sanity, dignity or sense of self-worth I suggest you avoid them like the plague. Shame you can’t put a negative number of stars. They haven’t changed in 10 years and I doubt they ever will

Since they moved to the HUB in Dunstable, the service has gone right down the pan. Almost impossible to get through in the first place and if you do manage it, you get nowhere. When at Regent street, it was so much better.

Trying to deal with this place just makes your mental health worse. Might as well just opt out of life altogether, like I'm doing. At least I won't have to deal with people like these any more.

Absolutely disgusting. Cancel your appointments for yrs, then discharge you without even telling you after you have a severe mh condition still, and have been under their team for 9 yrs. The manager also lied there, as she rang me months ago to tell me I am still on their books, and will be. They don't even send you letters telling you any of this too!

Disgusting customer service, I called today in regards to my uncle who is severely mentally disabled, to ask fir an update on his case. The woman interrupted me and then carried on to say that I interrupted her? Very rude. I will be contacting the manager and also taking this further as it is unacceptable to speak to anyone the way I was let alone someone calling about someone else. Disgusting service.

I’m currently under the care of Dr. Pimm and my mental health has deteriorated majorly since he’s been my psychiatrist. He does not listen to his patients and is the epitome of arrogance. He seems to prefer the sound of his own voice than actually listening and caring for/treating his patients. He would rather a patient die following his “holistic approach” rather than prescribing them something that could help them with their PTSD, insomnia and severe panic attacks. ELFT have a LOT to answer for. Not to mention I am on my THIRD care coordinator since they seem to just disappear after a while, there is no communication between Pimm and my GP, and I feel like I am playing messenger whilst trying to survive therapy, CPTSD, insomnia, agoraphobia, constant panic attacks and EUPD. It’s completely unacceptable and reckless, these are peoples lives they have in their hands, yet they don’t seem to care. I have never felt so disposable in my entire life, which incidentally is one of the triggers of my CPTSD which I’m currently receiving therapy for. How ironic that the people meant to help me are also the ones setting me back YEARS of progress and contributing to my trauma.

I am extremely happy with Dr. Olusola Olowookere with the way that my assessment and care was handled. He was kind, patient, courteous and informative, even though I overran the time because I couldn't stop talking. I feel I've been given a new set of tools which will help me moving forward.  and for a change I feel 'seen' and heard by a professional and not just fobbed off with suggestions like 'take a bath/walk/break' or 'here have some more antidepressants. A wonderful service that has changed my life for the better. Thank you Dr. Olusola
