Unreliable and Questionable Service. In December I asked them a quote for 6 boxes of clothes and was told it was £60 then they said it's £70. After that I amended the quote and asked for 7 boxes ... guess what ? The price was now £120. This is ethically incorrect and logically incorrect. I therefore asked them by email about how the fee calculation was done - this transparent information was never given to me. I simply decided to opt for the 6 boxes of clothes for incineration. Following that I have gone back and forth to establish a date for collection but that never happened. I gave many available days for collection but each time they would be reluctant to confirm that. After few days they told me they would get back to me, I was patient and waited but they never really did and contacted them for updates. So contacted them asking what the date was or if they did not wish to provide me with the service. 2 weeks ago I asked them for updates and was told that they would get back to me with one of the days I have to them. However, They ignored me and never replied to me with any dates or times. Therefore I would advise you to be very careful because they give random prices & ignore you for weeks. I do understand that the competition is scarce but avoid if you can.
