I Paid for one month to check the gym and I didn't like it because lack of equipment ( not worth £24,90 at all , and the charged me for the second month and refused to cancel or refund me .. and suggest to use the subscription ( as an clever one and I didnt think of it ) So I dont recommend anyone to go there and try for one month because they'll steal your money by under name of subscription and you can'tcancel this unlessthey do it for you( impossibleto cancel from the web site or the app) ...be careful

Love it, have only been going for a month & have never been to a gym before. As my brother had joined I thought I'd go along with him, was made to feel very welcome, I thought it might be a bit intimidating but it's really not, everyone is getting on with their own thing so are really not interested in what you're doing. If you're thinking about going to a gym then I couldn't recommend Rise highly enough

After not being in a gym for over 2 years, the staff here gave me the confidence I needed to get back into things. It’s cheaper than any other gym around and all without a contract. You’ve also a pay per visit option too. The machines are well looked after and there’s plenty to go around. It’s not intimidating like some gyms I’ve tried, people of all shapes and sizes use the free weights as well as the cardio machines. It’s an all round good place! Give it a try :)
