My daughter started Kumon just over a year ago after switching from another local tuition centre. Initially we started with just maths but as a student who is 2 years behind where she should be, we decided to do English too. She has a shown a steady improvement in both subjects with the help, support and constant encouragement from Lisa Marie and Craig. At the end of each level, the children sit a test and are rewarded with a prize for every test they pass, which is a great incentive especially for the younger children. Lisa Marie and Craig make learning fun and the results show in the high success rate they have achieved at this centre.

I am able to see a massive improvement when it comes to both accuracy and timing after starting kumon with my son. Both Lisa and Craig have been a massive support and are always ready to help.

My daughter started Kumon over a year ago when she was 5 years old. We came only for an English assessments. English is not our first language and I was worried my daughter will be behind other children, but eventually we decided to do both assessments, this ended up with her doing both subjects. It was one of the best decisions we made, it’s not easy to start with, as there is homework everyday, but she got used to to it very quickly eventually reminding me she has to do it. Amazing progress, but what helps is amazing people and very friendly atmosphere, almost like a family .

Well I don't know about you, but we have found during lock down, teaching is darn hard work! My wife and I are thankful to all teachers throughout the world that are able to educate our young. We are also very grateful to Lisa-Marie who is pushing my son for further success in his journey to adulthood. What parent doesn't want the very best for their child - to give them the opportunity for the greatest prospects in life? I don't want to go on because Lisa-Marie may start worrying I want £20 for this review, I'll just end by saying, if you can, signing up for Kumon will be the present your child will remember long after that PS4 game or nike trainers and in years to come, will be the gift they will keep thanking you for!

My daughter is 6 years old . She lacked attention and focus. After she joined Kumon, not only her attention but also her capability of solving maths questions improved. Her comprehension skills in English also improved a lot. I would give some credit to my daughter but cant thank Lisa enough for her personal attention to each every individual in her class.

Lisa-Marie is excellent with the children and provides regular updates on how my children are doing in terms of what goals we have set. She is very understanding and listens to each child to help get the best results from their work. We are very happy with the service we have been provided and the progression our children have shown in a relatively short period of time. Thank you!

Lisa-Marie is a wonderful asset to Kumon, she has gone above and beyond to support our son; especially during lockdown. His reading has improved by miles since joining Kumon and she has had such a big role in this. :)

Kumon centre-tutor Christina Wade - My son attended math Kumon lessons since October last year , he had remarkable results at school due to all the revision taken in his preparations for SATs exams . Christina was able to understand all my son’s needs/ gaps in his learning and support him throughout and even won a medal in short time . I had recommended this centre to my friends and family and now they attend Kumon lessons and they enjoy it giving them more confidence and knowledge. I appreciate Christina’s effort and dedications in helping each child in reaching their full potential.
