I had a very concerning experience at this pharmacy today. A senior staff member spoke to me in a raised and rude tone, rolled her eyes, told me to “shut up,” and threw my prescription back at me. I remained calm throughout and simply asked for clarity about my medication, yet the response was hostile and unprofessional. This is not the standard of care expected from a regulated pharmacy, and I have escalated the matter formally.

One star to many its now 9.11 and still not open its a joke ,I need my medication

One star is too many, absolute joke lies after lies and then either the GP blamed or the customer. Been using chemist for over 30 years and have no choice but to use another as they left my daughter without medication and lied about it. Service had gone so downhill. I never write complaints but due to lies a complaint was written, but seems to have got me nowhere.

Useless, been getting worse and worse. Nothing's ever ready. Instead of medication you get lies and excuses. Definitely a "customer's always wrong" culture.

Friendly staff & great service

tried to give us single use drops to use 6 times a day! the box even says use and discard immediately how are you suppsed to carry a non sealable item around all day? checked with hospital and was told one drop and discard .asked for prescriptin back and went to another pharmacy in dunstable who issued it correctly. Staff would not even listen wont be back

Very poor, staff are absolutely clueless prescriptions are never ready in time. My dad had to phone up 111 to get an emergency prescription. It’s become a regular occurrence unprofessional.
