I've been training with Ryan for the last 6 months, working on my fitness and mobility . He has helped me build my confidence and really helped with my nutrition. My 12 year old son also has a weekly session working on his fitness and confidence. Ryan is a great teacher who really knows his stuff

Working with Ryan online helped me get back to my health and strength. Post Covid I struggled to get back to a rhythm, wasn’t keen for big gyms etc and working with Ryan sorted that all out. So grateful and much stronger healthier and happier. We continue to work online together (as I am situated in South Africa)

I have been working with Ryan for 3yrs and its the best. At the age of 64yrs, I'm the strongest and fitness I've ever been. Ryan tailors each individuals needs, be it face to face or online. He has a vast array of equipment, with the added advantage of fresh air. Highly recommend.

I had online training sessions with Ryan for around 8 months.... annnnd I have visible muscles.
I simply wouldn't have done/have known what to have done with respect to strength workouts without him and I'm a better triathlete for it. Being able to have these sessions from home, online, made all the difference with my silly busy schedule- his flexibility with timings helped no end as well! No way would I have pushed myself to lift heavier without him telling me I could.... would recommend :)

Ryan @FiitLab is a great coach, and the flexibility of his online training programme really works well for me. Every 6 weeks a new training plan is loaded into the app, with regular feedback and videos sent from Ryan after each session. The nutrition reviews also help me stay on top of my diet. Highly recommended!

Ryan helped me through my fitness journey the past year and has strengthened my physical and mental health through our virtual 1:1s with both physical exercise sessions and talks. In the sessions we used a combination of tools and equipment. Home and gym friendly workouts. Location doesn’t have to be an issue with these virtual sessions, I had my sessions online from Italy 😊. Thanks again Ryan!

Ryan's bootcamp is brilliant... if you want a workout to start your day right this is the one!!
High intensity with both cardio and weights mixed in... he pushes you hard but gets the results.
Will definitely return again and highly recommend 👌

I've been training online with Ryan for a good few months now. Initially it was to prepare me for a big climb up Ben Nevis for charity (which was a great experience!) but now post climb we're focusing on building muscle and general fitness to progress my Basketball training, which I am already seeing noticeable results in my performance.

I’ve been with Fiitlab for 2 years now. I wanted to start strength training but the thought of going into a big gym really put me off. Ryan makes you feel comfortable and Fiitlab has everything you need. He’s made me see as well how important your diet is to compliment your training.
