I had the pleasure of being taught by Dave Gregory and I cannot praise him highly enough. I was so anxious and did not believe in myself. But he was so kind, supportive and stayed always positive. His patience and unwavering dedication were instrumental in helping me overcome challenges and achieve success on the road. No matter how many mistakes I made or how frustrated I felt, he remained calm and supportive, never giving up on me. His ability to adapt his teaching style to suit my learning pace was truly remarkable. Thanks to his guidance, I not only gained confidence behind the wheel but also developed safe driving habits that will serve me for a lifetime. I also learned so much about history of Dunstable! I wholeheartedly recommend Dave to anyone seeking an instructor who genuinely cares about their students' progress and success. Thank you Dave for your hard work and amazing human side. This is achievement of my life. It is not just about passing the test, but overcoming fears that will change my life for better.

Dave was a fantastic instructor. Always reliable and on time. Very effective lessons helped with nervousness around driving and led to me passing.

I was let down leading up to and right before my test but Dave was able to take me on and take me to my first test to which I failed but Dave believed in me and encouraged me for my 2nd test and I passed! Dave is such a lovely man to which I felt comfortable in the car as well as with him. Dave genuinely cares, thank you so much!

i was so lucky to be able to learn with dave. he was so patient and calm if i made a mistake and he made me feel so confident when driving. he even helped me get an earlier test, i will seriously miss our lessons and i couldn’t recommend him enough !

Passed my test with Dave, honestly the best instructor I could of asked for, he would never intervene with adjusting steering wheel unless absolutely necessary allowing for mistakes to be seen if any, and with only 12 hours with him I don't think I could of had a better instructor for them. Because of him I passed with only 2 minors, I couldn't recommend him anymore. His teaching methods are simple and effective and aslong as you understand him it all goes well.

I had Dave, i even recommended him to my friends as well who now drive with him. He was very friendly and always kept calm which helped as it kept me at ease. Due to my work schedule, i had to have lessons at different times each week and he was very accommodating to this. I booked a short notice test and he rang around for someone to take me (due to already having a test) and Angela took me who was brilliant too. I passed! Thankyou to both of them :)

My whole experience with Dave and DLA has been fantastic from start to finish. Being a very nervous driver at the start, Dave took me under his wing and guided me in the right direction. Lessons were calm, collected and he never raised his voice when I did something wrong, which made me as a learner very calm. His teaching techniques made me confident and test ready in no time at all. Today I passed my test with 2 driving faults and it was all thanks to Dave. I'd highly recommend DLA to anyone who is looking to drive!

I Started learning to drive in September with Dave from DLA having just turned 17. He provided brilliant lessons which allowed me to pass my test by November and I really enjoyed the lessons as dave is a great instructor. I was also very satisfied with the app included in the lesson package which helped me to pass my theory. Thank you Dave for teaching me how to drive in a very short period of time! Highly recommend.
