Super pleasant bunch! Sometimes hard to get to them on the phone, especially around the peak times but don’t get put off - the service they provide is exceptional and reasonably priced! Got my Versys 650 serviced and MOTed. During the service they even cleaned the bike (it was stationary for a few months so collected a extra few 🕷️tenants). Great experience!

Took my GS down on Thursday to have an Mot and two new tyres so I could pick it up on Friday but Martin and his team said I could have done there and then. Went and had a coffee came back and it was all done saved me a cab fare and anther trip to pick it up too. Great service and a friendly bunch of guys and Clancy the dog as well 👍

I wouldn’t come here again, and will most definitely stick to Herts, beds and bucks motorcycles. I simply asked for a quote for the work they’ll do but was met with attitude and disrespect because of that. Martin and Steve are great, but the short bald mechanic there doesn’t care about customer service at all. Has a bad attitude and decides to project it on me for wanting a written out quote. His excuse was because its wasting time, what a joke. Of course, no time for customer service, but plenty of time to talk money and take money.

Thanks to all the guys at DBC.. first service with them. Quick, professional, friendly and shared knowledge and tips to help me with my MT07’s general maintenance… left her looking like new! Thanks again.. see you next time 😊
