It took out of hours doctors four attempts to get though to this home to assist with a patient. Also trying each of the three floors in turn. We are very busy and this wastes time . Sorry one star but this is important and there is a feasible solution. Get a dedicated mobile phone for the person in charge to hold. Dr N Brand

Hi I have worked at caddington grove care home now for 6 months now amazing care home with excellent standard of care. everyone is friendly and management easy to talk to and I would highly recommend this care home to family and friends and anyone who may be needing to move to a care home setting. The care is second to none excellent we are all like a family the nurses, homemakers domestic staff and everyone in between have all be friendly and welcoming I love working in this care home.

Caddington Grove is a fabulous place to work because it embraces all manner of persons from different cultures and ethnic backgrounds. It has Fantastic management team, condusive and safeguarding rules to protect its staffs and residents. I really love to work with them and recommend for anyone interested.

Really enjoy working there, it’s been over a year now. It’s not just a residential care home, it’s like another family. The residents are amazing, the homemakers are amazingly as well. Most of all, the staff in different departments all pull together and look after each other. No day is ever the same and having home cinema salon and a bar set up with great outdoor space for all to enjoy. Also the management team look out for the residents and staff. I wouldn’t want to work in any other home.
