Popped into the Dunstable Lock and Safe Shop yesterday and meet Steve who was absolutely brilliant, made me a key for a old classic car lock. If you have any lock issues this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend.

Asked if he had a numbered key before i knew it he had cut a blank and put his hand out for a £10 (for one) Nice if he would have stated price first or even how many i wanted. It wasnt an important key for an old bike and not worth such an expense. He had me.. IN RESPONSE You didnt take the lock apart I did, that is why I knew the key number! Also if you didnt have the key (which you didnt) you could have said " We dont have the key. But I can cut you one or two for £xxx.... if I scan the lock barrel.." Now that would have made sense, and I would have had a choice of whether to go ahead and agree additional work and cost or not. But you didnt give me that chance did you? I could come in for refund and have another expense and still no key, you could cancel the transaction out of remorse obviously. But I have still endured your sharp practice you cant take that back. I'll settle on giving this honest review google is here for that, something you should have considered before acting as you did and responding on Google dishonestly on top of that. Accusing me of poor communication to deflect from your poor business ethic is a low ball....

Incredible service from the moment I called. Rang out of hours and Andrew picked up, listened to my situation and I had new front door locks fitted, that weren’t even in stock, within 20 hours of the first call. Couldn’t have been more helpful and down to earth. Fantastic local business with excellent friendly staff, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Great service, great attitude and skilful person. I had been everywhere in Luton and Dunstable to get the key cutting but Andre was great he made impossible a possible and forged keys for me to save me hassle. Highly recommended, reasonable price not one of those rip-offs.

Fantastic service. Called in with a 50 year old jaguar boot lock without a key. Went out of his way to disassemble it and supply a couple of new keys. Saved me a small fortune for a new lock assembly as well. Very happy.

I stupidly locked myself out of my house with an Ingersoll lock on the front door. I called this company and they were there within 20 minutes and with great ingenuity, perseverance and bespoke tool modification, managed to open the door with no damage. I only had to pay the call out charge. They were really friendly and helpful and were clearly trying to help me, rather than maximise the fee. Really good!

What a fantastic company to deal with. Called the shop to report issue with double glazed door not locking. Within less than two hours my door is fixed. Andrew said he would be with me the next day. Andrew arrived the next day at the agreed time. Andrew sorted my problem efficiently and painlessly. I paid the bill and he went on his way.
