Clive and Adam, and the rest of the team, were absolutely fabulous to work with! They helped us through all the ups and downs of buying a house, and now we have a great property! Even when everything was going wrong at one point (not Taylors' fault!), Clive had us in the office within a couple of hours to go through our options and sent us away feeling optimistic. We sold our house with Taylors and the team were very patient guiding us through quite a tough process in which we sadly lost our buyer halfway through (no fault of Taylors, it was a problem lower down the chain). The Taylors team really pulled out all of the stops to find us another buyer ASAP so that we didn’t lose our onwards purchase. Overall the process was 9 months for us start to finish, bearing in mind that Taylors only get paid once completed, we really got our moneys worth out of the Team! The whole time Luke, Clive, Adam and everyone else at the Dunstable branch that we dealt with remained calm, approachable, competent and reassuring. They also patiently put up with being on the receiving end of my frazzled rants at the more testing parts of our process, we really appreciate all that the team have done for us, and we’re so relieved we finally made it into our new home.

Taylors are a very professional firm and I highly recommend them. Sold our house within days of it going on the market, and followed up with the buyer and the solicitors regularly to make sure it all went through smoothly.
